Bill Evans takes in dogs to train for other people by arrangement.

 He only has a few dogs at any one time so is able to concentrate on each individual dog.He likes to work with each dog according to its strengths.

 Where Bill feels that a dog is not going to progress in such a way as to justify the expense he will always consult with the owner.
