If you have not yet done so, consider paying your membership fee by Bankers Order.

It will take you very little time and will save the Membership Secretary work and time spent chasing people up.

Better still you will be sent your Spring Trials Schedule !

 All members of the Society wish to thank the farmers and land owners who kindly allow us the privilege of running  trials on their sheep and ground. 

Our thanks also to the dogs that give us their loyalty, hard work and courage.

Buckham Laddie bred by A. Mitchell in Beaminster, Dorset and now in Austria. 

Laddie as a pup of about five months old and already in Austria.

Laddie is a half brother to Sanduck Goya the last dog featured here.

Below Laddie shows the courage that we ask for from our dogs as he faces up to an angry goat with a fine pair of horns.

 If anyone else has pics of West Country dogs now working abroad do let me have them and they can go up on the website to illustrate how the Border Collie has become the sheepdog to the World.
